Celebration Of Life for Derek Bennett will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 12:00 PM at Sawdust City Brewing Company, 397 Muskoka Road North, Gravenhurst, ON P1P 1G3

Derek Bennett’s family hope you’ll join them in celebrating the long, beautiful life of Derek Bennett. A snippet from his obituary reads: “Dad’s life was full of adventure and we relished the stories he shared of his youth. He loved his family dearly. Dad was a builder and a fixer. We all have many repaired and original creations through his woodworking. Never did a daily paper go unread, a golf course he could not conquer, a beach he would not walk or a good glass of scotch that was not savoured”. It is with this spirit that we’ll honour him on May 24, 2025. We’ll come together to share stories and fond memories of a man that will never be forgotten.
