Message from Brian & Michelle May…
Come cry, come laugh, come together to remember our JoJo ❤️
Sunday, December 11th 11:30am - 2:00pm
Glenerin Inn
1695 The Collegeway, Mississauga
The Credit Valley Room
We understand life circumstances - schedules, health and distance - but hope to celebrate JoJo’s life with many of you.
JoJo wasn’t a fan of flowers, but she did love her tea. If you’d like to help remind us how much her life mattered please write a favourite memory and bring it along with you.
We will have a teapot ready for holding all your notes.
Should you wish to make a donation in remembrance, mom always loved when her feet were off on an adventure around the world or on trails closer to home.
We know that she would appreciate your support of the Bruce Trail Conservancy where she discovered her love of hiking.
Among her many things we found a little note that we know describes exactly how she lived and we’d like to share it with you.

Life Is Short
Break the rules
Forgive quickly
Kiss slowly
Love truly
Laugh uncontrollably
Never regret things that make you smile
Message from Brian & Michelle May…
Dear friends and family,
It is with a heavy heart that we are writing to let you know that our JoJo passed peacefully Saturday morning. In the end she was surrounded by her family - Dad, Paul and Michelle, Sarah and Brian and her five grandchildren - Brendan, Hannah, Sophie, Ian and Jess (remotely from Australia).
We all feel so fortunate for the time we got to share with our JoJo. She was so deeply proud of her family and spent her final moments reminding us all of just that. Words cannot convey how much she already is missed but her spirit will continue to live on in all of us.
We hope to carry a little of our JoJo in us as we continue to navigate this journey called life. One of her favourite quotes was one by Roald Dahl - ‘a little nonsense now and then is cherished by the wisest of men’. Carve a little of each and every day to find a little nonsense and smile as you remember our JoJo.
We will send ‘celebration of life’ details soon.
Our love and hugs,
JoJo’s family
